Pain is often what brings people through our doors, but our focus goes beyond symptoms. We aim to improve movement, support healthy nervous system function, and help you stay active doing the things you love.
We believe health is built through consistency. Whether your goal is getting out of pain, improving performance, navigating pregnancy, or maintaining your health for years to come, meaningful change happens through movement, healthy habits, and time.
Our goal is to help restore function and support your body's innate ability to do what it was designed to do.

Hi, I'm Lexi!
I was born and raised in Attica, New York, and I'm proud to serve the Western New York community I call home.
After earning my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta, Georgia, I returned home with a simple goal: helping people move better, feel better, and stay active doing the things they love.
I believe healthcare should be personal. Whether you're recovering from an injury, training for your next race, navigating pregnancy, chasing after kids, or simply looking to stay active as you age, my goal is to help you keep doing the things that matter most to you.
Music is almost always playing in my office—and usually everywhere else, too. When I'm not caring for patients, you'll probably find me wakeboarding in the summer, hiking, tackling a home project, playing video games, or spending time with family and friends. My love for movement and adventure is a big part of what inspires me to help others stay active and healthy.
No matter where you’re starting from, I’d be happy to help you move, feel, and function at your best.
